What if it arrives damaged?

Don't worry! Despite our protective card-backed envelopes, the occasional postal mishap occurs and a print gets damaged. That's why they are fully insured - email me and I'll send a new one.

What if it doesn't arrive at all?!

Don't worry! The majority of my prints arrive in a few days, some take a little longer, and only a few get lost. I have no idea where they end up, but that's why they are fully insured - if your print seems to have taken a surprise detour just email me and I'll send a replacement.

What if I don't like it?

Don't worry! I hope you love your art, but if you don't then I have a full money back guarantee - email me and I'll process a 100% refund, cover the cost myself and there's no need to return the print.
